About the President/Owner

CBV Enterprises was founded in 2010 by retired U.S. Navy veteran (Command Master Chief) Bill Randall, who saw the need to provide quality management consulting to business owners in the private sector. Having worked previously for a large management consulting company (and a top producer in his sales district), Bill knows the importance of building confidence while eliminating needless risk on the part of business owners. Bill's expertise in management consulting enables him to expertly examine company areas: administration, sales and marketing, operations, systems, quality control, use of information technology, personnel management (HR), and succinctly pinpointing areas where good can become BETTER.  Bill is a husband, and father of a son and four daughters. He is also a published author, holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University (Summa Cum Laude), an MBA degree from National Louis University, and an Information Technology (IT) Certification from Wake Technical Community College.
